Primary Healthcare Services Provider Opportunity

About the Position:

  • Develop and implement effective management strategies for long-term conditions in line with national health guidelines and best practice standards.
  • Prescribe medications as needed, ensuring patients receive appropriate treatment and support.
  • Offer health promotion and preventative healthcare advice to all patients, empowering them to make informed lifestyle choices.
  • Order diagnostic tests when required, utilizing evidence-based decision-making.
  • Refer patients to other healthcare providers as necessary, facilitating seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and relevant patient records using established protocols and electronic medical record systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fellows or GPs with significant experience in primary healthcare are preferred.
  • Candidates with Level 2 supervision will be considered, depending on their qualifications and experience.
