Lead Our Operations in Western Australia

Job Summary: We seek an experienced General Manager (GM) of Operations (WA) to shape the service delivery of Signature Care into the future.

About the Role:

  1. Oversee our residences in WA, ensuring high quality services while maintaining optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  2. Lead and inspire staff across residences, driving achievement of residential compliance standards.
  3. Develop, coordinate, and implement each home's training and development.
  4. Maintain an effective, empowered, and efficient team to meet the key result areas of the Signature Care strategic plan.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar multi-site role.
  • Residential Management experience in the aged care industry and familiarity with the regulatory framework.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues impacting the aged care sector.
  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to provide staff training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • High level interpersonal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
