**Transform the City through Service Design:**

- The CityLab team is responsible for driving government transformation and creative innovation.

We are seeking a senior leader to lead and enable multidisciplinary project teams in delivering strategic and service design projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and develop high-performing project teams using agile delivery methods
  • Deliver human-centred design/service design projects for large organisations, including planning, delivery, and implementation
  • Manage complex issues within a highly political environment
  • Ensure flexibility and adaptability while delivering high-quality outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience leading, developing, and delivering human-centred design/service design projects
  • Experience forming and leading high-performing project teams
  • Ability to demonstrate and display values such as accountability, integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence
