We are seeking a highly skilled Full Time Multi-Site Concession Manager to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing stock levels, and delivering exceptional customer service across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Store Manager, as a Multi-Site Concession Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple sites
  • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management and minimize waste
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Work closely with store teams to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales potential
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in retail store management, preferably with a focus on multi-site operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
