Plasterer Apprentice Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Plastering Apprentice. This role offers the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the plastering trade, working closely with experienced professionals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including installing plasterboard, fixing sheets, reading and interpreting plans, achieving seamless finishes, cutting and installing cornices, planning layout, measuring, marking, cutting and installing panels securely, and attaching pre-cast plaster fittings.

To excel in this role, applicants should possess a genuine passion for learning, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn from mentors and adapt to different tasks. The ideal candidate will also hold a Construction White Card or be able to obtain one at short notice, and have a current Australian Drivers License and reliable transport.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to accrue a regular day off each month. The apprenticeship duration is four years, during which time you will have the opportunity to become trade qualified and earn a Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining or Certificate III in Solid Plastering.
