IT Infrastructure Services Director

You will play a pivotal role in driving the health and availability of business-critical Store Infrastructure and Services.
About the Role- Manage Store Infrastructure Service Integration and Management, including tooling, capabilities, and standardization.
Reporting into the Head of Engineering and Site Services, you will be responsible for overseeing Store Infrastructure Service Integration and Management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent management skills and experience in managing IT infrastructure services.
Your Key Responsibilities will Include:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the health and availability of Store Infrastructure Services.
- Lead a team of engineers to manage Store Infrastructure Service Integration and Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Store Infrastructure Services.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to Store Infrastructure Services.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
