Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in our Rehabilitation Unit.

This role involves providing comprehensive care and support to patients with neurological conditions, rheumatology, cancer, transplant, LVADs, aged care, orthopaedic, and HIV patients.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality nursing care to patients, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • To contribute to the development of effective care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • To maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient progress and treatment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
