As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering children to achieve their developmental milestones. Our Graduate Program offers a supportive transition into the world of occupational therapy.
You will be provided with a comprehensive onboarding experience, high-level supervision, and ongoing support to help you navigate your clinical journey. You will also have access to dedicated mentorship and regular training sessions to enhance your skills and confidence.
As a qualified clinician, you will deliver therapy in our well-equipped clinics, client's homes, schools, and via telehealth. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop tailored treatment plans and provide holistic care for our clients.
Our close-knit teams are committed to collaboration and connection. You'll enjoy working alongside dedicated Allied Health and client support professionals who share knowledge and expertise to drive positive outcomes.
This role as an OT Grad will see you helping children develop essential fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding themselves. You'll educate and involve parents, carers, and others to facilitate the development and learning of children.
In addition, you'll assist children with behavioural issues to maintain positive behaviours in all environments. This might include strategies for managing anger, using positive ways to deal with emotions, and participating in physical activity.
