About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our client's not-for-profit organisation in Bunbury, WA. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality NDIS assessments and intervention services to adults with neuro-disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide NDIS assessments and intervention services, including speech, language, dysphagia, AAC, aphasia, and voice.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate interventions in a person-centred approach.
  • Educate and train customers and families, both individually and in groups.
  • Refer to other health team members or agencies as needed.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain statistics and effectively document assessments and progress reports.
  • Manage organisational tasks, such as car and room bookings.
  • Maintain communication with the team and handle a busy caseload.
Requirements
  • Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia).
  • 2+ years of experience working with an adult-based caseload.
  • Experience in neuro-disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
