Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Screener and Clinic Administrator to join our team at our Perth - Hay Street Clinic. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide high-quality support to our clinicians and customers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform reception and general administrative duties, including managing medical bookings and processing results.
- Administer health questionnaires and conduct preliminary medical assessments, including specimen collection and audiometry testing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Candidate must be well-organized, with excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is highly regarded, but on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
