As the Supply Chain Graduate, You Will:

  • Join a high-performing and engaged team of industry professionals dedicated to supporting your development.
  • Learn the essentials of the Supply Chain Process, assisting the team in delivering value across various categories.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to implement sustainability and value creation initiatives.
  • Support the team in utilizing specialized software solutions to manage the sourcing to contract lifecycle for suppliers.
  • Enhance your understanding of the innovation process and the role of Supply Chain in launching new products.
  • Assist the organization in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks while fulfilling Bega's ESG commitments.
  • Build relationships within broader commercial and technical teams, and deepen your understanding of the FMCG sector.
  • Enhance your commercial acumen, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
