Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Junior Data Engineer / BI Developer. This role involves working across the Microsoft data stack, starting with Power BI reporting and data modelling, and growing into building data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes.

The ideal candidate will have a Power BI foundation and a strong interest in data engineering and analytics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models
  • Assisting with data cleaning, transformations, and SQL queries
  • Supporting the development of data warehouse and data lake solutions on the Microsoft stack

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Power BI (data modelling, DAX, report building) experience
  • Basic SQL skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

In addition, exposure to Azure services, Microsoft Fabric, or cloud data tools, Python or PySpark, finance/ERP data, mentoring and training from experienced engineers, hands-on exposure to modern data warehousing and data lake projects, and career development in enterprise data and Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.
