About the role

As a Retail Operations Expert, you'll develop frameworks to deliver operational efficiency, enabling store teams to focus on customer engagement and driving sales.

  • You'll partner with global teams and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and productivity gains

  • You'll deliver operational efficiency through standard operating procedures, technology utilization and loss prevention strategies, milestone calendar

  • You'll seek country insights and recommendations on productivity initiatives
