Main Tasks:
  • Digest and interpret feedback to inform the productivity roadmap and measure its effectiveness
  • Ideate, design, and implement tooling to unleash the potential of our engineering teams
  • Cultivate a customer-centric approach, prioritising engineers as key stakeholders
  • Oversee and enhance the developer experience across the web stack, from dev tooling to CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with the Engineering cohort to refine the onboarding process for new software engineers
  • Take ownership of modernising the developer tech stack to boost productivity and efficiency
  • Work closely with product engineering squads to promote a culture of effectiveness and streamline their workflows
  • Create and maintain self-serve internal tooling that amplifies the capabilities of technical and non-technical teams while reducing toil for product and engineering teams
