We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Grocery Team Member. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure store appearance is maintained by receiving and storing stock, rotating stock to ensure freshness, and merchandising products effectively.
  • Support colleagues in achieving business objectives through provision of assistance with tasks such as pricing, inventory management, and waste control.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
