Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

At our data centers, we are seeking a skilled professional to manage the physical security of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners. They will also have thorough knowledge of access control systems and processes, as well as conflict resolution training.

The role involves managing the on-site operational physical security of our data center and supervising employees and contractors performing specific security objectives. The successful candidate will also be required to work with peers in other geographic regions and travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage access control systems and processes
  • Supervise employees and contractors
  • Investigate incidents and perform risk assessments
  • Maintain compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security or related field
  • 2+ years commercial or industrial work experience
  • Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
  • Lenel Certifications
