Dynamic Sales Leadership

The Sales Lead is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving a customer and product-focused sales culture. This dynamic individual will support management in promoting the company's values and guiding principles across all store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving brand standards.
  • Perform and oversee operational activities such as opening and closing duties, merchandise flow processes, and cash receipt reconciliation.
  • Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, and customer services, utilizing weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, presenting and displaying merchandise accordingly.
  • Develop high-performance cultures, motivating sales teams to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
  • Train and coach team members to ensure fluency in product knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with store teams and management to lead positive change.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
