- Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own homes.
- Working holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
- Educating clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
- Liaising with service providers to ensure effective communication.
- Working autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.
You'll be provided with support from our home care team, who will schedule appointments and plan an efficient route.
