About the role:

  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs
  • Work closely with the Wellbeing Consultant to identify resident needs
  • Assist residents to participate in leisure and lifestyle activities
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of lifestyle programs

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a strong understanding of aged care principles and practices
  • Hold or be in the process of obtaining qualifications related to leisure, health, or community services
  • Have experience in working with older people; experience with dementia is an advantage
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
