Role 3: Mid-Tier Client - IP Lawyer

We are seeking an IP Lawyer to join our national client's Melbourne office, working on a range of intellectual property matters, including brand strategy advice, trademark portfolios, and copyright and confidential information protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert advice on IT and IP law
• Managing complex IT and IP projects
• Working with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of experience in IT and IP law
• Strong knowledge of IT and IP law and regulations
