We're seeking an experienced Information Security Leader to join our team at ClearCompany. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for leading our organisation's information security strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

You'll have a proven track record of success in information security leadership, with experience in managing complex security programs, teams, and projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you'll work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives forward.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies, aligning with business objectives and goals
  • Lead security teams and manage security projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive security initiatives forward, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest information security trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in information security, with experience in managing complex security programs, teams, and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • A deep understanding of information security principles and practices, including risk management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response
  • Familiarity with industry-standard information security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks
