Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Developer to lead the design and implementation of complex features, contributing significantly to projects across the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing high-performance applications with scalability in mind.
  • Architecting solutions that balance usability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Overseeing and contributing to the delivery of work by other developers across accounts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver technical solutions.
  • Acting as a mentor and go-to technical escalation point within the team.
  • Driving best practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical leadership.
  • Identifying risks, managing dependencies, and simplifying complex challenges.

This is a full-time role offering flexible hybrid working arrangements. We're looking for someone passionate about innovative solutions and willing to grow with our dynamic engineering team.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specifically with React or similar technologies.
  • Deep expertise in NextJS, TypeScript, and front-end architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex frontend systems.
  • Experience with automated testing libraries and design systems.
  • A strong understanding of cloud-based services and modern deployment workflows.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Experience reviewing code, mentoring others, and championing best practice.
  • A passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and growing those around you.
