Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency partners to manage our global Meta campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign, audience, and creative performance to make data-driven optimization decisions, to be actioned by the agency.
  • Lead the in-house, end-to-end management of our TikTok marketing output.
  • Support our Paid Search Lead with the management of our global SEM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and organic social teams to source social-first assets.
  • Ensure content is bespoke and optimized for each social platform.
  • Analyze industry trends and brief content in line with findings, ensuring Hello Molly stays at the forefront of trends and innovation.
  • Work with the product team to ensure a diverse and data-driven product offering is featured across our content.
  • Stay informed about broader industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to drive innovation and improvements in digital strategy.
