We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Valuer to join our team. As a Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting valuations of residential properties and providing expert advice to clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the property market and be able to communicate complex information effectively to clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and gather data to inform valuation reports
  • Analyse market trends and economic factors to determine property values
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and present findings to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent degree
  • Genuine interest in residential property valuations
  • Strong verbal communication and report writing skills
  • Positive and professional manner
  • High degree of computer proficiency
  • Current Driver's license
