">This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build on their customer service skills and move into a corporate environment. You will establish and maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent administration services.
">The role includes:
">- ">
- Developing an understanding of the customer's business to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.">
- Ensuring productivity, customer and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership.">
- Performing daily operational/administration tasks as necessary; ensuring quality assurance standards are met.">
- Assisting with monthly reports including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation.">
About You
">You may have worked in retail or hospitality and be looking for a corporate opportunity. Ideally, you possess excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills, but more importantly, your strong customer service mindset means you always want to deliver and exceed client expectations.
