Experience a rewarding role as a Digital Marketing Specialist, driving customer engagement and conversion through innovative strategies.

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Funnel Optimisation Marketing Manager to enhance customer experience throughout the loan application journey. You will lead initiatives to improve messaging, abandonment recovery, and funnel performance metrics, ensuring data-driven insights inform decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email nurture sequences and in-app prompts to enhance customer messaging.
  • Craft abandonment recovery tactics to re-engage prospects who have dropped off during the application process.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly funnel performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a funnel optimisation roadmap.
  • Design and coordinate A/B tests across application flows, collecting and analysing data to measure performance impacts.
  • Work alongside UX/UI designers to prepare user experience insights based on research findings and customer feedback.
  • Conduct competitor research to inform pricing strategies and recommended adjustments for lending products.
  • Build informative dashboards that visualise funnel performance metrics for internal stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
