Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Head Office. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for driving meaningful sales through events across our business, with a focus on premium and casual venues.
Reporting into the Head of Reservations & Revenue, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with repeat clients and creating new relationships while offering end-to-end support to execute the perfect event.

- Previous experience in a Business Development/Sales/Events position within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage and ability to work seamlessly with operational and kitchen teams
- Events experience to plan and deliver large events with professionalism and guest experience at the forefront
- Passionate about site inspections and venue tours
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve event revenue KPIs
- Proven ability to successfully deliver an increase in the number of events and new client relationships
- Experience using Seven Rooms to manage client information and provide reporting insights
- Fantastic interpersonal and presentation skills to represent the business at forums and conventions
- Availability for flexible hours, including being on site for large events
- Holds a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Formal qualification in Event Management beneficial
