Behaviour Support Practitioner Job

The Behaviour Support Practitioner provides life-changing support to vulnerable community members. As an advocate and role model, they assist NDIS participants in identifying needs through assessment and person-centred planning.

They will have experience mentoring and supervising other Behaviour Support Practitioners, with excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist NDIS participants in identifying their needs through assessment and person-centred planning
  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
  • Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
