About the Role
RPS is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering client-side Government projects, working closely with our team to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks;
- Ensure compliance with government procurement rules and regulations;
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or a related field;
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance;
- Experience in client-side Project Management in the Government sector, with a strong understanding of government procurement rules;
- AIPM Accreditation or equivalent is highly desirable.
