Position Overview

As a Myotherapy Specialist at Lifecare, a member of the APM Group, you will be dedicated to delivering tailored therapeutic services aimed at improving client mobility and overall health. Your role will involve working closely with a team of Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists to evaluate client conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide education on therapeutic practices while tracking client progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client symptoms and needs.
  • Design and implement personalized care strategies.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and techniques of therapy.
  • Monitor and document client progress regularly.
Qualifications
  • Certification in Remedial Massage and/or Myotherapy.
  • Registration with Medibank Private and other health insurance providers.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights.
  • Ability to pass a National Criminal History check.
