Job Overview

The Model Barback is a crucial member of our Bar Service Team. As the primary support system for our Model Bartenders, it is essential to ensure that the bar functions smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: The Model Barback is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers, and other appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies and New Jersey Health Standards.
  • Stocking and Supplies: The Model Barback must ensure that the assigned bar is stocked with necessary items and supplies for proper service throughout each shift.
  • Soda Gun Products and Garnishes: The Model Barback is accountable for ensuring that all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meet service standards.
  • Liquor Room and Storage: The Model Barback must maintain the organization and cleanliness of the liquor room, walk-in coolers, and store rooms at all times.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a bar porter and/or bar back in a high-volume nightclub or restaurant.
  • Current or previous modeling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes is essential.
  • A valid New Jersey alcohol awareness card and health department card are required.
