Assessment and Training Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assessor in the South Region. This permanent full-time role offers a supportive workplace culture with flexible working conditions, allowing you to work across campuses in NSW while staying connected to your chosen industry.

In this role, you will contribute to lifelong learning by implementing assessment strategies, conducting independent assessments, and identifying areas requiring teacher support. You will collaborate with experienced Teachers and Head Teachers to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Training and Assessment, with current experience in delivering skills for today's and tomorrow's jobs. A Diploma in Vocational Education and Training or a related field is required, along with a commitment to maintaining industry currency and assessor competence.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to meet all Essential Requirements, which include:

  • A strong understanding of VET knowledge and skills;
  • Ability to implement effective assessment strategies;
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development;
