We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a System Installation Specialist.
As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex low-voltage systems. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and test low-voltage systems, including security, A/V, and wireless communication systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site assessments and develop detailed plans for system installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in installing and commissioning low-voltage systems.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- State license (Master Electrician) or Journeyman Electrician certification.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record.
- Industry certifications (e.g., NICET, CWCP).
- Experience working with integrated security control systems in detention facilities, prisons, courts, etc.
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols.
