The Role

You will provide personalized support to your clients - helping with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care. You will bring understanding, respect, and kindness into their home.

Your Qualifications

  • Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to improve the lives of seniors and their families.
  • Hold a Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Be personable, compassionate, and able to build strong relationships.
  • Live within the area and be willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client.
  • Be available to work 12-15 hours per week.
  • Have a reliable vehicle, comprehensive insurance, and a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
