Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000-$110,000+Bonus, with the potential for generous performance bonuses. This is a full-time role with a life-friendly work environment, including the option to work from home one day a week after probation.
Job Description
This exciting position involves working on complex medical negligence and institutional abuse litigation cases, collaborating with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers. Key responsibilities include preparing court documents, briefs to counsel, file and diary management, time recording, billing, and attending settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an admitted lawyer in NSW with a minimum of 12 months' experience in personal injury law, including medical negligence and abuse. You should possess solid academics, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Strong communication, time prioritization, and people skills are essential, as well as a high work ethic and ambition to advance your career in personal injury law.
