**Medical Administrator Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and practice policies are upheld.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide comprehensive medical administration support to doctors and staff as needed.

- Coordinate daily activities with the practice team and administration support.

- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patients and their records in accordance with privacy legislation and practice policies/procedures.

- Support and liaise with consumers, colleagues, medical, nursing, allied health, and external agencies to deliver multidisciplinary care.

- Provide empathetic and efficient customer service experience for patients and visitors.

**Requirements**

- Proficiency in medical terminology.

- Understanding of the Australian health system.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.

- Basic accounting knowledge.

- Proficient in best-practice software.

**Credentialing criteria**

- Verification of eligibility to work in Australia.

- Identification check validation.

- Police check clearance.

- Working with Children (WWC) check.
