Key Responsibilities- Deliver consignments to various customer sites, including major distribution centers, shopping centers, wholesalers, and businesses.
- Perform both local and shuttle duties as required.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Complete the secure delivery of items within specified time frames.
- Follow company procedures associated with pre-start checks, restraint of loads, and securing of vehicles.
- Adhere to stringent security requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).
- Current HR license essential.
- Previous experience performing local deliveries.
- A 'Can Do' attitude with a high standard of customer service.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Ability to follow DHL policies and procedures.
