About the Role

We are seeking a warm and friendly individual to join our Front of House team at Dome Coffees Australia.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our cafes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and closing down the cafe, and performing daily tasks as required.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu and products, making recommendations to customers and handling transactions accurately.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A warm and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
