We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker who speaks Arabic fluently. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to clients with everyday living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Facilitate community participation and inclusion based on client preferences and needs.
  • Assist clients with physical and mobility requirements, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Promote person-centered care and demonstrate empathy, respect, and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in disability or community support, or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Current First Aid Certificate/CPR.
  • Driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • National Police check.
  • Empathy, respectful, and integrity.
