We are seeking a skilled Grants and Systems Coordinator to join our team.
- This role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinating the development and implementation of grants to community organizations.
- The Grants and Systems Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of grants and funding agreements that deliver specific initiatives and services to the Tasmanian community.
- This role requires providing user support for DPAC's grants management system, developing training materials, processes, reports, and form templates.
- The successful candidate will also prepare discussion papers, client communication plans, reports, and advisory documents as required.
- Undertake project tasks related to grant management, research, policy, and client management as required.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate funding agreements, and provide high-level advice to ensure continuous improvement in grant delivery.
- Familiarity with grants management systems and experience in managing grants projects would be highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
