At Ally Fashion, we're seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned retail professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-performing retail teams, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive store atmosphere, and driving business results.

We're looking for someone who is a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve their best. They will be responsible for:

  • Managing stock levels and visual merchandising appeal
  • Providing expert and unparalleled customer service
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist and train the team
  • Owning health and safety in the store

As a Store Manager, you will also be supporting your Regional Manager in preparing staff rosters, managing sales achievement, and recruiting top talent. Requirements

  • Ability to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade
