Work with a Leading Law Firm in Perth

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our prestigious Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety team in Perth. As part of our high-performing team, you will advise blue-chip clients on employment law, industrial relations, and safety matters across various sectors.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with leading Partners to undertake a range of work that supports and advises clients on employment law, industrial relations, and safety matters.
  • Responsibilities include running matters, supervising junior team members, and providing strategic advice on workforce strategy, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, industrial action, regulatory and compliance advice.
  • Strong skills and experience in providing advocacy skills, employment aspects of large-scale M&A transactions, and Fair Work Commission and Court proceedings are desirable but not essential.
  • You will be responsible for developing your experience and being part of a high-performing and collaborative local, national, and global team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience delivering advice on a range of employment law and industrial relations matters from a leading top-tier private practice, government, or in-house environment.
  • An excellent academic record, strong communication and teamwork skills, and an interest in supporting the team's strategic business development initiatives.
  • Strong skills and experience in providing strategic advice on workforce strategy, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, industrial action, regulatory and compliance advice, and all types of Fair Work Commission and Court proceedings.
  • A hunger to learn and develop, and maintain a market-leading practice.
