We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Provisional Psychologist to join our team at Psychology: Leading Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy and intervention services to individuals and groups.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for individuals and groups, including those with disabilities and mental health conditions.
- Conduct vocational assessments and develop personalized plans to support clients in achieving their employment goals.
- Provide training and education to employment services staff on mental health and wellbeing topics.
- Liaise with local health professionals and services to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and stakeholders.
- Approved Psychology degree and General/Provisional or eligibility for provisional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- High levels of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide accurate and timely reports.
- A satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent).
- A valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience working in a clinical setting with individuals who have disabilities.
- A clear understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework, funding, services, support categories, and procedures.
