About Our Bakery: We are a leading family-owned baking business in Western Australia, operating two fully automated bakeries that supply bread products to customers seven days a week. Our team of skilled bakers pride themselves on producing high-quality flour-based products, including our popular Tru Blue Garlic Bread and Butter line.

We are currently looking for Production Specialists to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for:

• Safely operating manufacturing equipment
• Maintaining HACCP measures during shift
• Adjusting product specifications and machine operations to develop consistent products
• Adhering to food safety procedures and company policies
• Ensuring efficient and uninterrupted machine operation
• Minimizing production waste
• Meeting deadlines in a busy work environment
• Keeping accurate records of work activity

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be reliable and collaborative team player.
• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to adapt to changing production demands.
• Strong knowledge of workplace and food safety (HACCP) (preferred).
• Driver's licence (preferred).
