About this role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Retail Store Director to lead our team at Melbourne Central Store.

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week.

This is a fixed-term contract ending on October 3rd, 2025.

  • You will be responsible for leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help your team meet sales targets.
  • Succession planning is essential to ensure your team members can progress into new opportunities when the time comes.
  • You will execute visual merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your discretion.
  • You have a strong understanding of stock management processes and can prioritise tasks effectively.
  • You have previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team members.
