Cloud Support Engineer Role

The Cloud Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by meticulously investigating issues, resolving complex problems, and adhering to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Investigate issues reported by customers by researching and escalating matters.
  • Resolve intricate customer problems related to our product portfolio.
  • Ensure each support case is handled according to the SLA with the highest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Engage directly with customers and work collaboratively to resolve their issues.
  • Participate in regular weekend working rotations.
  • Contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or an equivalent narrative.
  • Proven track record of going above expectations to achieve outstanding results.
  • Extensive experience in supporting Linux systems, including Virtualization / Cloud, Containers, Storage technologies, and Networking.
  • Cloud computing expertise in provisioning, monitoring, and orchestration.
  • Advanced troubleshooting experience with Linux integration and navigation of stack traces and logs.
  • Programming fundamentals in any language.
  • Extensive Customer support experience with a focus on customer needs as top priority.
