About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of bid and sales activities, contract operations, and market strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day contract operations to ensure client engagement, growth, efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Support bid and sales activities, oversee processes and governance to drive business success.
- Handle tenders and proposals continuously in the background.
- Streamline market approaches and enhance the company's value proposition.
- Provide consistent support and a point of contact for consulting and DSTG team members.
- Manage resources effectively and coordinate with various departments.
- Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures.
- Establish effective business relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Maintain data currency of Customer Management System platforms to support business management and reporting tasks.
- Administer service delivery requirements and maintain the case study portfolio.
