Job Description:
Transform customer and employee experiences by contributing to the Experience and Design stream. Enhance experiences through inclusive design, agile delivery, and continuous improvement. Shape customer journeys and employee experiences by supporting product improvements and driving strategic initiatives focused on accessibility, benefit realisation, and human-centred design.

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients, stakeholders, and end users on business improvement initiatives, including assessment reports, As Is and To Be business process models, and business requirements documentation. Support implementation lifecycle activities such as user acceptance testing, change readiness, and go-live activities. Engage with stakeholders to understand pain points and co-design solutions that improve experience and operational outcomes. Manage business-related issues, develop business rules, and liaise with technical staff.

Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify business problems and deliver tangible insights. Proven ability to implement improvements in customer-facing environments and lead workshops to gather information and define business needs. Strong communication skills to convey information effectively and succinctly. Experience in working with technical teams and using data analytics and business intelligence tools.
