Job Title: Senior Tax Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior tax compliance manager to join our team.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing and executing complex tax compliance engagements using your tax knowledge and expertise and best practice technology including tax return engines, workflow tools and data analytical technology.

You will support continuous process and improvement initiatives to enhance our services, and your innovative, open mindset and experience, will be a key factor in contributing to the success of these projects.

  • You must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • You should have a can-do attitude and be passionate about generating innovative ideas that create value, improve processes, and solve complex problems.
  • You should have strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills and the ability to work well within a team to achieve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of company and trust tax returns, distribution reviews and tax provisions.
  • Leadership and people management experience with the ability to develop high performing teams.
  • An honest and ethical approach to business and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
