We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant/Lifeguard at our brand new, premium health club in Doncaster.

As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our pools and spas, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of change rooms, steam, sauna areas, and pool surrounds;
  • Conducting pool chemical tests and monitoring auto chemical controllers;
  • Providing assistance to members and ensuring their safety while using the facilities.

We are looking for someone who is well-presented, has a strong customer service background, and is able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our members.

Essential criteria include:

  • Current Senior First Aid/CPR and Resuscitation certification;
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing environment;
  • RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award and previous experience working at an aquatic facility an advantage;
  • Pool Operations Certificate desirable.
